  • Job Description

    -Perform technical helpdesk support including PC setup, system and software installations, escalation, problem solving for development department.
    -Monitor and maintain the IT System health status, network performance and security control
    -Network related: switch configurations, proxy configurations, VPN
    -Maintain and manage the daily operation of information systems
    -Manage and maintain good storage of PC and development equipment
    -Conduct game testing
    -Other ad-hoc project assigned by Manager

  • Requirement

    Education: Higher Diploma or above in related disciplines
    Experience: 1-2 year experience in related technical support
    Language: Good command of written and spoken in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above), English and Mandarin
    Skill:
    -Has passion and interests in video game
    -Has a creative mind
    -Documentation and problems solving skills
    -Good communication skill and teamwork spirit
    -Willing to work over-time if required.
