-Responsible for order processing, replenishment and billing issues.
-Co-ordination with customers and internal parties for stock control & logistics arrangement.
Education : Degree holder
- Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese
- N1 level of Japanese language
Experience and Skill:
- If fresh graduate, prefer CS suited personality with good language skill
- 1-2 years experience in Some CS/Sales/ Sales Assistant related back ground
- Relevant customer services experiences in electronics industry is an advantage
- Self-motivated, sense of responsibility, strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Knowledge in SAP system is a plus
- Proficient in MS office application (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Immediate available is preferable
