    -Cooking Japanese dishes(Mainly Boil and Cut fish and Cook sushi)
    -Need to responsible for all Japanese culinary activities & ensure the highest standard of product quality to exceed customer expectations(Normally 18 group in a day)
    -Establish & maintain effective employee relations
    -Lead the production & preparation of current menus to enhance and upgrade current food quality
    -Ensure the highest standards of established hygiene & safety regulation be maintained at all times

  • Requirement

    Language: Good command in Mandarin, Communication level of Japanese(N4 or above or equivalent),English is advantage
    Experience: At least 3 years working experience as Sushi-chef
    Skill:
    -Possess a passion for fine food and an appreciation of Asian and traditional Japanese flavors
    -Able to work independently
