  • Job Description

    -Represent the corporation in a professional, courteous manner via email, phone and messenger.
    -Respond to customer complaints and inquiries from members by phone, email and social network.
    -Determine appropriate investigation, solution of complaints.
    -Provide feedback to management or co-worker in order to promote a continual improvement of ABC Cooking Studio’s member service delivery.
    -Manage and update the customer relation policies in line with the company standard.
    -Ensure all complaint cases are logged on the ticket system and raised for colleague’s awareness in order to appropriately response to the issue.
    -Analysis of customer needs or complaints and complete the report to senior management

  • Requirement

    -Diploma Holder or above
    -With minimum 2 years working experience
    -Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
    -Good problem solving and conflict resolution skills
    -Proficient in PC skills
    -Positive working attitude
    -Work independent, detail-minded and self-motivated
    -Good command of both English and Chinese
    -Immediate availability is preferable
