    - Response inquiries to professional tour guides, correspondence / examination at registration, support for guest acquisition / response
    - Response inquiries for foreign tourists visiting Japan, suggestions for guided tours
    - Around 60 inquiries per day, 95% via e-mail

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Fresh graduate is welcome!
    - Highly interest in Tourism
    - Strong service & hospitality mindset and good at in customer interaction
    - At least N2 level of Japanese and business level of English

    【Advantage】
    - Experience of work or study in foreign country
