  • Job Description

    Accounting works:
    -Handled full set of accounts, accounting vouchers and related financial documents.
    -Prepared monthly & quarterly consolidation reports and report to Japan HQ
    -Prepared annual forecast and budget with MD
    -Reviewed AR and AP payment states regularly
    -Reviewed inventory level regularly
    -Liaised with external & internal auditors, tax advisers, bankers and other professional advisers
    -Undertake ad hoc projects as assigned

    Administrative works:
    -Coordinated office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
    -Review and establish new company policies accordingly to the group’s standard and design for compliance programmed yearly
    -Managed and arranged for travel issues (i.e. hotel, air tickets, travel insurance) though not so frequent
    -Tracked stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
    -Managed and arranged for Hong Kong working visa and overseas travel visa, which is not so frequent
    -Prepared and designed for sales promotion items (i.e. customer gifts, catalogs, booth design, POP materials, Facebook management) with marketing team
    -Sales administrative supports for normal business operations.
    -In charged of human resource issues, like payroll, recruitment post, prepare for employment contract, MPF and group medical insurance arrangement
    -Checked monthly staffs claims and arranged for payment
    -Calculated monthly staffs commission
    -Reviewed and discussed with management for each year bonus plan, once a year
    -IT support for website development, internal servers and network set up
    -In charged of insurance review and annual renew of the insurance contract.
    -In charged of review all business contract (i.e. rental contract, Dealers’ contract) and work closely with Lawyers
    -Prepared and arranged for shipment of goods from overseas to Hong Kong with operation staff
    -Reviewed the inventory level and arranged PO for purchasing of goods from group related companies.
    -Reviewed all other purchases that apply by staffs, accordingly for the company policies (i.e. level of approval, amount of approval and price comparison)

  • Requirement

    ★CPA holder
    - Bachelor's degree
    - Proficient in spoken and written in English and Mandarin
    - Minimum 8 years of account experience.
    - Self- motivated, well-organized, responsible and detailed mind.
    - Good knowledge in MS office
    - Willing to work under pressure and overtime
    - Immediately available is preferred
    - Who live abroad is preferred
