  • Job Description

    -Responsible for daily collection functions including sending invoices/reminders and calling customers to follow up payments
    -Prepares collection reports and bank reconciliation statements
    -Perform routine accounting functions such as data entry and invoice checking
    -Assist in accounts payable and outgoing payments
    -Perform clerical duties such as scanning and filing
    -Customer after service care.
    -Support other ad-hoc duties assign by Sales team
    -Need to work half day on Saturday biweekly

  • Requirement

    Excellent command of Japanese(N2 or above), English and Mandarin
    Experience: More than 2 years of Accounting experience in any industry
    - Immediate available is highly preferred!

  • Other Language

    Cantonese, Mandarin, English, Japanese

  • Working Hour

    9:00 ~ 18:00
